Bantuan Langsung Tunai sebagai Pengganti Subsidi BBM
Tak Kunjung Mengatasi Kemiskinan di Indonesia

Abtract:
Kebijakan publik merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan di Indonesia. Seperti halnya mengatasi kemiskinan pemerintah membuat kebijakan yaitu mengganti dana subsidi BBM dengan bantuan langsung tunai (BLT). Kebijakan BLT ini dibuat oleh pemerintahan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono dan Jusuf Kalla pada tahun 2005. Namun, upaya kebijakan tersebut mendapatkan pro dan kontra terkait dengan BBM subsidi. Hasil yang dicapai dari kebijakan tersebut ialah malah menimbulkan masalah yang baru dan belum dapat mengatasi kemiskinan di Indonesia.

Bosan belajar sendirian? Coba saja belajar secara kelompok bareng teman. Belajar kelompok merupakan salah satu belajar yang baik dan efektif. Dengan belajar kelompok kegiatan belajar akan menjadi sangat menyenangkan karena ada temannya. Belajar secara kelompok sebaiknya mengajak teman yang pandai dan rajin belajar agar bisa termotivasi dan ketularan pintar.

2. Coba Rajin Membuat Catatan Atau Intisari Dari Pelajaran
Setiap bab pelajaran selalu ada bagian-bagian yang penting. Nah bagian yang penting ini sebaiknya dibuat catatan di buku tersendiri. Cara belajar yang baik dengan merangkum bahan atau materi pelajaran juga sangat berguna saat menghadapi ujian.

1. Ciptakan suasana yang kondusif
Dalam belajar, kamu harus menciptakan suasana yang kondusif, nyaman dan tenang untuk belajar. Cara ini merupakan salah satu cara belajar yang baik karena bagaimanapun jika ingin materi yang kamu pelajari itu bener-bener masuk ke otakmu, kamu harus tenang dan dalam keadaan yang nyaman. Sehingga nggak mengganggu konsentrasi. Belajar di luar ruangan mungkin adalah pilihan yang cukup baik, karena selain lebih fresh, kita juga bisa lebih tenang dan nggak penat dalam belajar.

2. Lihat garis besarnya dahulu

Abstract:
Conflict is a social phenomenon which is too present in social life, for example, that a student brawls sectarian conflict. Because fighting is diverse, ranging from the trivial to the serious things that lead to clashing action. A student of SMK Negeri 35 Jakarta, Wahyu Kurniadi (19 years old) breathed his last after the thug sickles. Suspected at the time, Wahyu victims brawl between vocational school with 53 Jakarta. Victim died after being rushed to the hospital. Victim was taken to RS.Cengkareng . However, the interval of one hour the victim eventually died. Schools have a major role in stopping the fighting between student culture that still happened. And run a character education was considered quite effective to prevent the brawl.

Social Network Sites: Definition, History, and Scholarship

Abstract
Social network sites (SNSs) are increasingly attracting the attention of academic and industry researchers intrigued by their affordances and reach. This special theme section of the Journal of Computer-Mediated Communication brings together scholarship on these emergent phenomena. In this introductory article, we describe features of SNSs and propose a comprehensive definition. We then present one perspective on the history of such sites, discussing key changes and developments. After briefly summarizing existing scholarship concerning SNSs, we discuss the articles in this special section and conclude with considerations for future research.

Abstract:
This paper gives a try to presents the complete action plan in setting up an extensive reading course that is not only for fostering the students’ English proficiency but also for building up their character as well. This paper addresses that sets up a good theme before teaching is necessary. Henceforth, this program lies ‘from zero to hero’ as the theme. In teaching this program, a problembased approach and lexically-based language teaching are adopting and integrating as an instructional methodology. The explanation of it will be divided into two parts. First part is the review of theory underpinning the implementation of this program, and the second part is the detail of the action plan.
